1. Scope of Services
Color Me Jane provides professional image strategy services, including but not limited to:
Executive Styling
Personal Brand Styling
Corporate Image Consulting
Image Strategy Membership Programs
Editorial & Photoshoot Styling
All services are consultative and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial, professional, or social outcomes.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled via Square Appointments.
By booking a consultation, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Arrive on time (virtual or in-person)
Respect session duration limits
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Square.
Payment may be required in advance to confirm booking.
Membership programs may require recurring billing authorization.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
We do not store full credit card information.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Image strategy enhances perception and alignment. However:
We do not guarantee promotions, income increases, media placements, or business outcomes.
Styling recommendations are strategic opinions based on expertise.
Final decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients agree that:
They are responsible for wardrobe purchases.
They are responsible for grooming and maintenance.
They are responsible for implementation of recommendations.
We are not liable for third-party services (photographers, salons, retailers, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
Text
Branding language
Program structures
System frameworks
Visual materials
are the intellectual property of Color Me Jane.
No reproduction, distribution, or duplication without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
However:
Testimonials may be published with client consent.
Anonymous case studies may be used for educational purposes.
Clients agree not to publicly misrepresent services provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Color Me Jane shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Emotional dissatisfaction
Business losses
Wardrobe purchase outcomes
Third-party service disputes
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation policies are detailed separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of session fees.
10. Membership Terms
Membership programs:
Are non-transferable
May require minimum commitment periods
May include usage limitations
May be suspended for misuse
Company reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion.
11. Professional Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:
Harassment
Disrespectful conduct
Unlawful activity
Boundary violations
Professional boundaries will be maintained at all times.
